Teenage and Young Adults (TYA)

The Teenage & Young Adults group group takes the lead on looking at all of the health services that are used by teenaged children and young people with cancer in the Network.

The group aims is to oversee, support and bring together the viewpoints of all of the multi-disciplinary teams working in paediatric  and teenage and young adult cancer services across the Network. The group also aims to ensure the same standard of care and treatment for teenage and young adult patients across the Network.

The Group Lead is: Dr Georgina Hall, Consultant Paediatric & Adolescent Haematologist, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.

The date for the next TYA Group Meeting will be confirmed shortly.

The last TYA meeting was held on Wednesday 28th June 2017 . The minutes will be published here soon.
