On Wednesday 13th December, we are hosting a half day study session for GPs, focusing on acute psychiatry presentations in primary care settings. The day will be chaired by Professor John Geddes (Head of Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford) and will feature short talks from expert speakers on the following topics:
* Suicide risk assessments
* Eating disorders
* Physical health for those with serious mental illness
* Addiction and substance misuse pathways
* Personality disorder pathways and interventions
Tickets are free, but places are limited to one GP from each practice. You can register for the half-day here: http://bit.ly/GPstudyDay If you have any questions, please contact Carolyn Hinton (firstname.lastname@example.org).
