Quality Improvement Lead
Marion has almost 30 years experience of working in the NHS.
She has worked within a provider-trust setting initially as a medical secretary before moving into Human Resources, and then into clinical audit. Over the past 12 years she has worked in a Cancer Network setting, in a service improvement/quality improvement role. During this time Marion has worked extensively with Cancer Network clinical groups specifically in the development and specification of cancer care pathways and has also undertaken service and workforce re-design.
She has worked with a full range of stakeholders, including provider-trust cancer management teams and multi-disciplinary clinical teams, commissioners and public health representatives, primary care clinicians and also with patients and carer representatives.
Marion has always been a strong believer in the ethos of the NHS and has felt proud to be a part of a healthcare system that is admired internationally for the excellent and dedicated care it gives to those in need.
