Neil has senior management experience in a mix of operational, commissioning and regulatory environments.
After initial career experience in the pharma/biotech sector Neil joined the NHS in 1994 as a general manager looking after a number of laboratories in Southern England. From 2002 he worked with the Audit Commission initially providing reviews of services and latterly organisations such as NHS acute trusts, PCT’s, and Councils.
Neil has a particular interest in working with and through others using a strategic approach to effect change with a strong focus on outcomes. The effective use of partnerships is critical to achieving the transformational change the Strategic Clinical Networks seek.
